“There are not enough words to express how I feel about Little Wonders and their staff. Claire Callan and her team have truly been a lifeline for me and my family. My son Ciaran came to Little Wonders after his second school ASD placement broke down and we were a family in crisis. Ciaran, who is autistic with complex needs and behavioural challenges, was also in crisis at this time. Under Claire’s direction, he finally felt safe. It took time, but never once did I hear any negative comments about him. Every conversation was positive, and we worked together for his benefit. It wasn’t easy for the staff in the beginning, but there have been far more positives than negatives since Ciaran joined Little Wonders. His behaviours have become easier to manage, and he has grown more regulated, verbal, and happy. Whenever I had concerns — and there were many — Claire and her staff always listened and put a plan in place. Claire and the management team also supported Ciaran into his third school placement, which was a godsend. The transition went smoothly, and while there were inevitable bumps along the way, the school frequently consulted Little Wonders and took their advice on board.
